We stayed with UCPA Les Arcs. The centre is ski-in. The ski-in is through the blue Mont-Blanc and keep on the right in the big junction crossing with red lane, with a snow canon in the middle, which is slightly (50m or so) before you pass by clubmed. The ski-out route requires carrying the skis and climb a small snow hill in front of ucpa or walk down in concret, both for about 5 min.

I went zipline with Ling. The first several seconds were properly thrilling and we accelerated to about 105kmh then reached plateau. After that I could see the view and enjoy speed.

Take either Mont-Blanc or xxx lift and go straight right to reach Snowpark. It needs to go slightly uphill to reach the T-bar, or continue forward to take another lift then ski down to top of Snowpark. From the Snowpark you can go direct back to ucpa. There is a long and narrow blue run, I usually tried to practice ski backwards when I lost some speed and when there aren’t too crowded.

I did 180 on xs. Tips: Prepare the turn with arm well before the pop for turning momentum. Lots of practice and falls.

Practiced jumps on the small M. Tips: Need quite a fast speed to shoot. Anticipate so you dont get scared in the air, which will in big chance result in sit back and fall.

Practiced lots of skiing backwards. Tips: Lean on back of boots. Weight on downhill foot. Turn body fully with shoulder. Look ahead not on ground.

Learnt how to do 360 on slope without pole supports. Tips: Keep looking over the shoulder and not on the ground.

Did some boxes. Tips: Put weight on downhill part of body. Try touch downhill boot if helps. Need a bit speed to go ahead and not get stuck.
